Our plan for the day is as follows:

| 2:30pm - 3:30pm: | Guests arrive and are greeted by Joanne and Greg. Casual photo taken with Bride and Groom while everyone still looks good :-) |
| 3:30pm - 4:00pm: | Guests socialise and enjoy activities. Food will be served thoughout the event, as there will be no formal sitdown meal. |
| 4:00pm - 4:30pm: | A player to present a short improvised play with the help of the guests, to be based upon stories of Joanne and Greg. Please feel free to email Mark Kilsby with stories, but please note that this is a public event, and some discretion would be appreciated. This will work well if everyone contributes, especially at the event, so please help Mark make this a success. |
| 4:30pm - 4:45pm: | Joanne and Greg get married. |
| 4:45pm - 5:00pm: | Champagne and toasts. |
| 5:00pm - 7:00pm: | Socialise and enjoy activities. At some point during this, the bridal party will take timeout to get some formal photographs taken. There will be more substantive food served at this time, including meat's and bread's. |
| 7:00pm - 11:00pm: | The band will be playing. The band is a Wellington band called Slide, and will be playing a mix of R&B and Dance music. We have requested that the last set (~10:00 on) will be Jazz to wind down at the end of the evening. During the later part of the wedding, the food will be fruits and cheeses. |
